It provides better insight on production to office personnel when you can see and understand the difficulty one can encounter during something such as a restoration project. Our seasoned installers commented that it was a good refresher course and was useful in reviewing some of the fundamental lessons in patching. I believe the training was beneficial for both inexperienced and experienced installers. The inexperienced installers were educated on proper application techniques and the experienced installers were re-educated and exposed to the full Conproco line of materials for future usages.
